Q. When I’m doing my stop and start exercise, for male enhancement. . .
. . . what am i supposed to be visualizing? What should i be thinking of or feeling to experience that confidence and control?
Big Al: Much of that is going to be up to you, but I recommend picturing yourself in your “ideal” sexual encounter. More important than techniques, etc, in male enhancement training, is how you visualize yourself FEELING. Picture yourself performing with supreme confidence – where the idea of “am I good enough?” doesn’t even enter your mind.
The FEEL is what’s going to make the biggest male enhancement changes.
Q. How long before i should switch up a male enhancement workout . . .
. . . to keep from getting used to it IF it works that way?
Big Al: I’d go with 4 weeks, before changing up your male enhancement workout. If a routine fails to produce results by then (and provided you’re training correctly), then that typically gives enough time for an evaluation meriting change.
Q. How do I measure EQ? . . .
. . . When I try to do any kind of measuring I get too nervous and my penis flops.
Big Al: EQ (erection quality) is a subjective measurement. that’s important when undertaking male enhancement training Picture a “1″ (or “0″) as being completely unable to achieve any type of erection and a “10″ as having an erection so powerful you’re completely satisfied with it. Please note that EQ measures hardness AND stamina, so remember to combine the two in your head before you make an assessment.
I can tell you that “worrying” over EQ alone can lead to negative EQ, via “performance anxiety.” You have to approach your measurements with a very clear head. Be sure to measure the same way each time – either near the peak of your stop and starts, during male enhancement training, or during morning erections. Even above “size,” your goal should be to maintain your EQ if it’s high or improve it if it’s low.
Q. Wow Big Al, so instead of understanding women . . .
. . . you are trying to get me to you understand me… LMAO! How can you help me better understand women? Can you even do that?
Big Al: I can do my best, though I won’t pretend to be all-knowing on the subject of understanding women. My advice would be for you to RUN from any man that tells you he has ALL women completely figured out.
How you “see” yourself has a HUGE impact on how women see you – especially if the woman in question is intelligent. If you’re able to develop TRUE confidence, that will work much better for you than pick-up lines or any other false methods of catching a woman’s attention.
Q. Now here´s my question. Two months ago, I turned 22,. . .
. . . but many people say that I look like a 16- or 17-year old boy. I feel like I´m neither mentally nor physically “accustomed” to my age. I read that Andractim works better than Androgel, but would it work better for me? I read some post saying that both would work for younger guys more likely than for older guys. One moderator on a mens network had great results with it.
I have seen a big thread on Andractim, at PEGym. that folks with more than 100 or even 500 posts ordered it, and they said they will let others know how it worked. Then someone pointed out that they were talking about that a lot, but they actually have never told others about the results since then they haven´t posted on that thread anymore! They disappeared. Any ideas on using chemicals that seem better to you than Andractim or Androgel?
Big Al: At your age, I’d highly discourage it, for male enhancement, unless you have low testosterone levels. If you suspect that your T-levels are low (and looking young isn’t necessarily a symptom of low T), get it checked by an endocrinologist. Regarding posters doing things – remember, a high post count doesn’t necessarily mean that a poster is knowledgeable about male enhancement.
Q1. So I’m on the fence about continuing manual training given my lackluster results. . .
. . . I’ve just recently purchased a Bathmate. Have MeCoach clients used the Bathmate in conjunction with manual male enhancement exercises or only alone? What are the pros and cons of using it alone and also in conjunction with manual exercises?
Big Al: I think the Bathmate is an excellent addition to a male enhancement routine. I don’t recall getting any negative feedback from clients, and most that try it seem to have positive things to say. It can be used for warm ups, warm downs and stamina work.
Your recent slowdown in male enhancement gains could be due to inconsistencies. Do you feel yourself getting mentally or physically burnt out on training?
Q. I don’t feel burnt out, but reticent of spending 30-40 minutes of . . .
. . . an already busy day on male enhancement exercises that may not yield significant results (as seen in my log previously). I just want to find something that works for me and a male enhancement routine that maximizes results safely while minimizing time.
I really appreciate all of your suggestions and support, but I just wonder if there’s a better way for me.
Big Al: How about the “Mini-Sessions” male enhancement workout? Essentially, the way Mini-Sessions are done is that (for example) instead of doing a traditional routine of 100 each, 10-second tension stretches, you could do 25 stretches, 4 times in one day. The same formula would apply to hanging.
Another benefit of this is that you’ll be able to use more intensity in your mini male enhancement sessions, since you won’t be doing so many repetitions. This is an excellent format if the time factor becomes significant in your training.
Q: I was very intimate with her with lots of foreplay, etc.. . .
. . . but I can only ejaculate once when I am with her. I did try stop/start a few times with her, but it either goes soft after or doesn’t feel pleasurable/orgasmic at all. It seems like as soon as I ejaculate, the fun is over, and she goes to sleep.
Even for at least a few hours, I can’t get hard and my penis goes flaccid and looks tiny. Then I get embarrassed and hide it. This is especially the case when we have showers/baths together.
Big Al: Practice will help you develop more stamina. As for being comfortable around her nude while you’re not erect, that’s something that you’re going to have to look inside yourself for. Most people are insecure about being seen naked in less-than-ideal conditions too, so you’re not alone in this.
If your girlfriend is a caring person, then the size of your un-erect penis should really be of no concern. Even us male enhancement veterans have instances where our penises look less than spectacular, but if you’re with someone that you care about and that truly cares about you it becomes a non-issue.
