This article explains basic concepts for continuing your PE regimen once you get started, after you reach a plateau, and when other toils of life get in the way.

There are two schools of thought on this. Some guys attest that measuring often helps them, and for some it might, due to the many variations in every man’s EQ level. In this case, measuring each time you know you are at a full on “10” EQ level is a great way to track your penis enlargement progress, as well as becoming a better judge as to what is working for you, and what isn’t.

However, many men find that measuring too often only leads to one thing: Disappointment! penis size Gains do not come overnight and if you are measuring your penis every session while expecting gains then you are likely going to feel disappointed thus de-motivating you from your regular Penile Enhancement sessions. Measuring twice a month, or once every fortnight is enough.

Never measure when you have over-trained your penis and/or if your penis is responding with low EQ. This is not your true erect penis length when EQ is less than your best. If you feel you have gained, wait a few days and measure when you have given ample rest to your penis and your EQ is at a rock hard 10 or very close. You will be surprised!

Often times you may be very busy or you won’t have enough time to do the penis exercises. A lot of members here have rigorous jobs and find it very difficult to keep up with PE. You may have several other duties that take priority over PE, like families, friends and businesses. This can be demotivating and can lead to procrastination. Soon you might start to skip your PE sessions.

If you are committed to your program, you will find the time to do your PE however busy you are. Even 15 minutes alone in the bathroom is ample time to do a maintenance stretching and/or jelqing session.

Once you extend your routine, try splitting it up into multiple sessions. Do stretches in the morning and jelqing exercises in the evening or at night before you go to sleep. You can also do some JAI stretches when visiting the restroom at your workplace. Scrap or share your coffee time for a light stretching session!

Since PE’ing takes months, even years, it can become quite boring following the same routine for months on end. Imagine daily warmups for 20 minutes followed by your stretching and jelqing sessions. The wine will start to lose its taste and the flavour of your routine may no longer appeal to you. However, there are ways to counteract this minor inconvenience.

If you find warm ups bothersome, then cut back on the beginning warmup time and go directly into your penis stretching exercises but remember to do periodic one minute warmups after each set. This will make sure your penis is in a responsive state for the PE session.

Changing the order of routine can help too. If you have always done your stretches first, start with jelqing exercisesand v-jelqs. Even a slight change in your routine can be a breath of fresh air. Watch a movie or your favorite TV programs. Change it up and make it interesting!

At one time or another, we have all experienced the distraction of personal problems. Whether it is family, friends, colleagues, relationships, business, health problems, weight problems, etc., it is important to note that problems come and go.

Just remember that so long as you stick with your PE routine and complete each PE exercise session, you will benefit from the experience. Don’t throw in the towel in the PE fight!  It’s not how hard you can punch. It’s about how hard you can take a punch and still move forward.

If you experience a serious problem, solve the issue at hand first. You need not necessarily do your PE routine if you are not psychologically ready to carry on. Take a few days rest, resolve the problem and get back to PE’ing!

After your initial “newbie gains” there comes a time when you may not see noticeable penis size gains for a while. (This, of course, depends on the individual). It could last anywhere from a few months to a year or longer. Don’t let yourself down. PE is a lifelong journey with ups and downs. It’s not a 100 meter race run by the rabbit but rather a 100 miles walk by the tortoise. Slow and steady wins the race, always.

When you reach such a plateau, try changing your routine completely or add a few more exercises, reps and intensity. You may be ready to move on to the more advanced exercises like penis hanging and clamping along with other penile exercising devices like penis extenders or pumping. Try taking a deconditioning break lasting anywhere from a month to three months. Once you start back again your penis will respond.

It is not uncommon to experience loss in EQ during PE. This may be due to various reasons such as overworking your penis, stretching gains or lack of rest. Sometimes the smooth muscle cannot compensate for the size increase of the tunica and so your penis is not at its optimum size even though you have gained.

Overworking the penis by doing high reps/intensity during your exercises can cause a drop in EQ. Highly advanced girth work exercises like Ulis, Horse Squeezes, Horse 440s and Compressors can affect EQ. Sometimes intense girth exercises should not be done back to back. They may require at least a day’s break between exercises.

  1. There can never be a really motivating article in this forum as this one! PE is a real life long journey. Patience is the key here and consistency.
People have always taken a lot of time to reach goals (Academic goal for example), and so I think those who have mastered the art of being patient are the real winners in this PE game.
Thanks a lot for this awesome article.

  2. I love this article because it has given me a new motivation to stay more consistent! Sometimes its these mental battles and outside forces that affect our PE efforts and consistency the most. Great job EQking!!
