Q: Why did you write Exercising the Penis?
A: For two reasons. First, men care about their penis and their sexual health. They have a need for a sense of control, especially control over their penis. Second, there's so much confusion and misunderstanding with the term "penis enlargement," on what works and what doesn't, and how to use "penile exercises" safely and effectively.
Q: In the book, you focus on penile exercising properly and mention it is only healthy if you do so. Could you elaborate?
A: Without a doubt, penile exercising is healthy. Countless anecdotal reports show men consistently having "rock-hard erections" due to the exercises, and studies show that some exercises are more effective than erection drugs (more on this in the book). But just as men can injure themselves by lifting weights the wrong way at the gym, men can injure their penis by exercising the wrong way too.
Q: The main focus of the book is how to make the penis bigger and harder, but the book goes over other ways to improve the penis. What are the major ones?
A: Without a doubt, most men who penile exercise do it with the goal of making their penis bigger. I believe, however, that the true reward of penis exercising is in the many other benefits it provides. Very good read. Overall, very informative and well put together. I especially liked how each chapter can be taken in sequence or on its own. I've had the month about two months now and I refer to it often. Excellent resource.
I was looking into PE for a while and looked over a few sites that consistently recommended this book. I decided to break down and buy it and I haven't regretted it yet! Anyone who buys this book is beginning to take PE to a serious level and learn more about this amazing system. I'm looking forward to more info and even bigger gains!

Natural enlargement is a subject I've studied off/on for years now. Only recently though have books been published that are available to the masses from credible sources on the subject. Gone are the days of tacky late-night infomercials with porn stars removed from typical reality and gone are the days of wack-job surgeries and torturous devices that are far more risk than reward. We live in the Information Age and the Internet has been the most critical tool to unleashing the ability to increase the size of your tool. This book is essential to any man who feels he has something to gain in the confidence department. Let's face it, not only is this the information age but it's also the age of social media. Everyone talks. Especially women. Women want guys who feel in tune with themselves but it's no secret that many a relationship has ended prematurely from lack of sexual connection. Guys who tend to be less-equipped for these situations also tend to waver in/out of unhealthy relationships for years and constantly feel a need to seek out one who nurtures and controls the relationship when the guy generally should be in control or at least things should be a 50-50 split. I have never met a guy who felt that relationships should be the lady calling the shots who in turn was not happy with himself. A happy guy, a confident guy, is one who will have healthy relationships and one who will enjoy a more enriching love life in general.
In this book you will find a wealth of information, numerous photographs and other evidence that these techniques really do work. It may seem like some sort of tricky witchery but I assure you this is not the case. A simple Google search will prove that there are several extremely creditable online communities for spreading the knowledge of this vital subject matter and where there are countless testimonials to the fact this stuff works, pure and simple. But it takes time and dedication and there is no shortcut. Read this book and you will understand that. i was skeptical at first when i found the PE forum and found this book. But what have i got to lose? i can either try out the exercise and see if it works. i have been searching, and when i found it, my attitude stinks, i doubt, and i questioned.
but my desire for a bigger manhood put me into action and started doing exercises i read on this book, and the author made it real clear that less is good, and prior to getting started about a 3 weeks ago, my erect length is 5.75 inches..and last night when i measure again..it's 5.9inches. HELLO?

I ordered the book and it got here much quicker than it said. It has a lot of pictures and easy to follow instructions. Most of all, its doesnt seem to have any hype! It presents itself in an informative and straight forward manner which makes it very easy to read. It doesnt try to talk over your head, it just tells you what you need to know. I would definitely recommend this book to anyone with an interest in the subject.
A great buy, real value for your money, I was hesitant at first but I’m glad that I bought it. This book takes the subject of Penis enlargement to a whole new level and in fact turns in to a science. It will definitely be the benchmark in P.E industry as it has set new standards and cleared conventional myths. I liked the author’s scientific approach towards P.E , he takes on almost every question and doubt clouding penis enlargement and answers it in a clear and concise manner giving logical explanations about everything.
