my routine is:
Warm up:10 min
JAI strech 20 times 2 sek.
Streching 10 min
Streching 360 degree 10 times 15 sek.
Jelging 25 min.70,80 % erection(i don't have off days)
50 kegels(day on,day off.just for kegels.)
cool down 5 min.Is this ok?I am Peing about two mounth can you tell me another advanced exercises?Tell me some advice pls
