thanx JonPop, i also read your beginners routine which is quite big
i started with the general beginners routine on this website, and im now in a break for a month.
im gonna start again in 1 week, do you think your routine is good for me. i plan on doing it 1 on 2 off for the 1st 3/4 weeks and then slowly go to 5 on 2 off
do you think this is smart?
i believe it is, but i have no experience whatsoever.

oh and one more question, do you need weights, pumps or stretchers to get an inch in about a year? hoeren
