I have been on the program for a little over a month. I followed the beginner workout, now i moved up my workout to 10 min stretching and 15 min jelqing. Too much, too soon?? Also, I started at 6 inches and within the first two weeks grew 1/4 inch. And haven't seen any increase since, I am getting a little frustrated. Does masturbation hurt?? I usually masturbate on days off. My vanes are becoming more noticeable is this a PI? Any suggestions
