listen..I have some gains like i have more strong erection and some girth gains and flaccid erect gains,but i don't have erect lenth gains.There is my routine.My erect lenth is 6.7 inch,girth 4.7 and BDFSL is 6.00.Do i have to do some changes to my routine?What exercise i must to do for more progress?exercise for smooth muscle or for tunica?i think now that my EQ is 9 but i am not sure.I don't have off days.Do i must to have off days or?if i do how many off days can i have?much love
