I am not sure. My problem is that I usually do not have morning wood or night time erections but I can get an erection very easy and it is always very hard.

I basically feel the same now as I always do.

Before I usually did 3 x 20min sets at 5HG with no problem (other then some fluid build up from time to time). My work volume now is radically lower and so is the intensity. I suspect that I have not found the zone yet because of the above mentioned, so I will continue experimenting some with volume and intensity this week. If nothing changes I will take a one week break.

Another thing I have considered is that maybe my smooth muscle level is fine. When I started this February the difference between my BPEL and my BPFSL was 1cm. After my jelqing/hanging period I measured a BPFSL of 19.7cm. My BPEL did catch up and measured in at 18.5cm in the end. Now my BPFSL is 19.5 and my BPEL is 18.5 so the difference is back to where it was when I started. This might indicate that I need a higher difference between the two to gain.

Thoughts?
