Hi Remek,

Thanks for the response and evaluation of my program. I can't remember what keywords I used but just tried to recreate it with no success. I think it was probably something like "penis stretching free forums". I know that it was still several pages deep so hopefully google can get their act together and post the relevant sites ahead of all the garbage I need to sift through to find the gems.

Based on everything I've read I agree that my workout is probably a little intense but so far I've encountered no problems. I was planning on going easy this morning but ended up going really heavy with the jelqs and squeezes. One of the reasons for going so heavy is that I have alot of free time at the monent and will probably start working about 70 hours/week within the next month. When that happens I will be forced to exercise with a condensed time table.

I'm still at the point where I have frequent epiphanies about my technique. Today I realized that my jelqs were much more powerful when I did them standing up and jelqed down. I wonder if that explains the lack of girth so far.
