I have decided to change up the routine a bit to try out the TGC theory, and might be mixing up the clues a little. My EQ is lower than I would usually rate it(around 75%) and I feel like I'm not getting the most out of my routine. Also I have been under some stress and have changed up my diet. I'm back on red meat and other fatty foods, and had a few coffees over the week end. My penis isn't feeling over worked, and my routine today was a slight improvement from the last 4 sessions. I guess I'm looking for some advice.
So my BPSFL is a little shorter this week at around 6 7/8 and that's what my BPEL is usually at, I don't think I would have recorded an accurate measurement today. The way it looks right now, I have an even amount of inches in BPEL and BPSFL, and I have an EQ of around 7.5.......So which is it, my tunica or smooth muscle? Also can anyone recommend a solid more advanced routine than the 90 day, I have been experimenting with some of these advanced moves since I was in high school with out knowing about PE, (which sucks,my cock would be huge by now!) and would like to incorporate them into a more structured routine.
Another thing I was wondering is when I'm doing any kind of Uli or an extended squeeze my dick gets a lot bigger than normal,(I'm guessing around 7.5 by 5.5) what should I be doing to get it to get that way all the time? Thanks
