quick update
Right now I've worked up to about 20 minutes jelqing. I've started experimenting with flaccid bends during my stretching phase. I've also started doing a very gentle Uli at the end of my sessions, probably about 90% erect and very low pressure. Since I'm going for girth, I wanted to start incorporating some concentrated girth work. I'm doing PE every other day.
I'm still happy with the rather moderate approach I've been taking. EQ and general penis performance seems to be as good as ever. I haven't measured in a while, but I don't think I have any gains yet anyway.
I'm not sure at what point I should think about adding more PE days to my week. It seems like rest is still essential, and I have only recently stepped up the time and intensity and added the new exercises. I was thinking about another couple weeks and then maybe add a day.
