A little bump in the schedule. I didn't have time to PE on Saturday, and I realized that I should change my schedule to M, W, F, S. T, TH, and Saturday would be the off days.
I kept the same routine.
I'm noticing a nice flacid length, which is something otherwise uncommon for me. I'm very excited about this.
I believe that I'm getting the hang of the exercises, and I will start to measure every other week starting this coming Friday. |
