Yeah. I've done pretty well with the 1 day on 1 day off routine.
Actually, what has ended up happening is that I take both Saturday and Sunday off usually. So I do PE on M, W, F.
I'm trying to lapse into a strict 1 day on 1 day off routine, but usually my Friday workout ends up being the most intense of my three PE days and I just feel like I might be pushing it by adding another day.
I've still been gradually adding intensity, working up to a 20 minute jelq workout with some variations in technique and some other advanced exercises (flaccid bends and light squeezes for girth). Another factor is that I typically hit the masturbation harder on weekends which is sort of a work out in itself.
So I'm continuing to play it very safe. My body responds well to running and weight training with three days of work outs (Sun, Tues, Thurs), so I'm thinking PE will too.....at least until I reach a new level of conditioning. Eventually I'll probably be adding another day to see how it goes, but for now I'm content with what I'm doing.
