some newbie questions Hey guys, I'm new to the forums and I have a few general PE questions. I had my first PE session today and noticed a few things that I wanted to ask about.
1. After the rice sock warmup, my penis was erect due to the heat sensation and blood flow. I waited until it went down, but it doesn't go completely flaccid. When I started stretching, my penis would become erect about halfway through each 30 second stretch. I would wait until it went down and then move on to the next stretch. Is this normal? I felt like it was hampering the basic stretch routine I was doing by becoming erect every single damn stretch.
2. After starting a beginner 10 minute jelq session, I noticed that my penis would become 80-95% erect after every 20 strokes or so. It is extremely frustrating because I would then have to stop and wait until it went down to a 50% erection. Then 20 strokes later I would have to pause again and wait for it to subside. Again, is this normal? And does pausing to wait until my erection goes down decrease the effectiveness of the jelqing?
I then did 50 5 second kegels followed by a 5 minute warm down followed by a few more stretches. I noticed that I didn't really have the erection problem during the second set of stretches, probably because my penis was already tired from the first stretches, the jelqing session, and the repeated erections. Is it helpful to do stretches after the jelqing session and warm down?
Is this something that I will be able to control better as I gain PE experience?
Also, I'm average at 5.75 erect and about 4.5 girth. Not sure about flaccid measurements. I can't wait to see some gains.
