Yes, luvs2 is right. The longer you do PE, the less problem you'll have with trying to stay at the recommended erection level. Stretch as much as you can, when you become too erected, start your Jelqs. Try to stay at around 60-70%. Catch your dick during the day when it's flaccid and stretch then, every chance you get. When you go pee, pull on that puppy. Good luck. |

Is it good to stretch after a warm down? I ask because I had no problems keeping myself flaccid after I had already gone through the whole workout.
