My girlfriend was around this weekend, so I decided to take Saturday/Sunday off. Monday morning I woke up with one of the hardest morning woods I've had in a long time which was very encouraging and so monday afternoon I got back at it, did my stretches and began my jelqing... but I had a really hard time keeping the level of erection I wanted... I would either have to work at around an 85% erection, or it would fizzle out and go limp every 30-45 seconds, which was very frustrating.
I finished my routine (after jelqing taking twice as long as it normally does) with a quick cold shower and just before I went to bed I did my kegels.
Does anyone else notice their penis goes kinda hard when they kegel? Not hard as in erection, but the tissue under the skin seems too stiffen...
Anyways, I had an awful nights sleep since I had to get up around 7:30am and I was up late reading/on the phone with the girlfriend so I only managed about 4 or 4.5 hours of sleep... but my alarm woke me up at 7:30 and I had no morning wood at all, which makes me think that maybe I was squeezing too tightly on my member while I was jelqing, which is a bad habit I picked up when I first started PEing... though it may be that I did not get enough rest.
This afternoon I've gotten a good amount of "random woodies" while I've been sitting on my ass working on my last essay of the year... and today Im taking the day off since I am currently starting a 1 day on, 1 day off, 2 days on 1 day off cycle.
