hello everyone! i am 23 years old and i've been lurking around this forum for about a month and a half getting information and have been PEing for about the same amount of time doing the beginners exercise. i decided to join because as much as i can learn from reading things on here i'd rather be able to ask for advice and to receive on specific thoughts of mine. i recently took about a week off because i felt i might be overtraining and from what i've read i definatly want to take it easy in the beginning. i have seen some gains but are very minimal, but since i have only been so a short amount of time i am not worried.
my routine consists of:
5 min warm up
6 min stretching
10 min jelging
3 min cool down
started 1 day on 2 days off and have moved to 2 days on 1 day off
well i look forward to talking with you guys and i am on my way to being bigger and more healthy.
