Well the EQ is back up at around a 9 I would say. My routine is very SM oriented, it looks like this:
10 min. heating pad warm up
10 second stretches in 3 directions(up, left, right, straight out)
20 minute Jelq at moderate EL
10 10 second Uli
erect bends in all directions
I'll keep on this routine unless something goes wrong, or some one knows a better one for smooth muscle workouts.
