yea L-arginine is good i started using it a few weeks ago. I take other suppliments also. basicly i jotted down some ingrediants of well known penis pills and bought sepperatly. I dont know what has the most profound effect but they all talk about arginine on here. Combined with PE the pills are helping alot. I feel great at the moment. and hardly ever shrink up. give it a go. |
