overtraining vs smooth muscle limit Hey friends i have a question - lets suppose a man is doing regulary PE exercises and realizes that his erections starts to fade a litle. Like it was 10 ( raging hard rock ) and now it's 7 ( mostly hard ). So, whats happening ??? Is he overtraining ?? or its just a normal PE stage where he will have to work out on his smooth muscle Adjusting his routine to mostly girth-based ???!!! |
