1.5" is a good long-term goal. It's realistic and very obtainable.
You have the right idea by breaking your goals up into smaller short-term goals. As they say, the only way to eat an elephant is one bite at a time. I would suggest maybe setting your first goal around 6 inches. Then once you hit that, you can move it up to 6.25 inches, and so on until you're at your ultimate goal (7 inches). |
