I started to lose EQ and my morning wood had dropped to about a 6. There was no way I was overtraining, my main focus was on stretches and light jelqing, then what Remek
said on the TGC Theory made sense to me. About one week ago I changed my workout to girth work and less stretching and my wood is returning. Just listen to your body and
use the experience and knowledge these guy's are giving us.
