I'm a little concerned that if you break this soon after just realizing gains, you may loose size. This has happened to me.
I find the sooner I break after gains, the more likely I am to loose them. You might want to try static wrapping during your break.
I tried this once and kept my gains. If you do loose, however, you should regain quickly.
