BACKGROUND INFO:- I've worked out six days a week for quite a long time now (aerobic training, strength training, anaerobic training, blabla)
- I've been having sex 2-3 times a week for the past year.
- I masturbate on occasion, but not regularly.
- I am a vegetarian. I get protein from eggs, fish, unsalted nuts, lentils, and whey protein shakes (which also contain Arginine and other amino acids)
- I weigh around 160, so basically I'm really skinny and muscular.
- I currently take a multivitamin nearly every day (sometimes I forget)
I'm hoping having this healthy background will help me with my PE adventures... but we'll see!

Okay, I'm not posting this on the day that I did it because I registered only today.
This is for 4/14/08 (yesterday):
- 10 minutes warm up (felt more relaxing than I expected it to, lol)
- 6 minutes stretching (30 seconds in each direction)
- 10 minutes jelq'ing (this made my penis feel really warm, the circulation was good, and overall felt great; my flaccid length was better)
My penis felt really good right after the workout, but later on I noticed it was a bit difficult to get an erection. I'm guessing this was because "it" was tired, because I did each exercise perfectly correct.
I am going to try 2 days on 1 day off for now, since my penis is in pretty decent shape to begin with
I measured last night but it was a pretty crappy boner.. smaller than usual. I'll get a new reading hopefully tomorrow when I have a nice
sex boner!

I will scour the house for sewing measuring tape tonight, so I can measure girth!
