Hee, Hee. This is called "Stage Fright." This can happen to anyone when we are self conscious about our flaccid hang. When you go to the Dr. for a physical, when you are about to go shower at the gym, when you take a piss at a public urinal.
If you have the privacy, do some dry Jelqs and stretching right before you go on stage, this SHOULD help, but ya never know. Sometimes our dicks, just have a mind of their own and will turtle up at the worst possible time. Break a leg.
