Thanks JonPop!
I'm getting up there... I'm 43. In all honesty, I have had erection issues on and off ever since starting PE. I think most of my problems can be summed up in the TGC theory, an fluctuating imbalance in SM/tunica. For probably about a year now, I have had issues, not so much with erection quality, but with erection duration. It's not too much of a problem with my wife but more so when I'm trying to measure or do any exercise that requires a high EL (erection level.)... new acronym.

It's not been such a horrid issue that I thought I was doomed to live with ED. I just chalked it up to my age and problems with high blood pressure or maybe that all the stretching had weakened my PC muscles. I never really posted about it before because I didn't see it as such a big deal.
It only became relevant when I decided to try the chemical PE route. I figured my problem was enough of an issue to get me a prescription of Caverject which is a key component in the chemical PE routine. I think if I really worked on my kegels and some other areas I might be able to resolve this issue on my own but
right now I'm going to play the opportunist and go for the Caverject.
I think my Testosterone levels may be low also. I have a very weak libido lately. They're only checking Testosterone levels and kidney function, not free Testosterone. I wish they were. Someone else recommended checking Free Testosterone, Albumin, LH, FSH, Estradiol, Prolactin, and SHBG. But as my urologist
explained to me, they can check a million things and it really doesn't matter hugely what is the contributing factor in that the treatments are pretty much the same. I could see maybe some hormone therapy if I'm low.
Thanks for pulling for me. I hope to turn my lemons into lemonade in this case
I plan on starting a Chemical PE thread soon, so you guys can tell me how crazy I am.
