Thanks for your reply. I've just started and doing my interpretation of the beginners routine suggested here. 10 minutes warm up (in the shower at the moment as I don't have anything else), twelve 30s stretches and 150 wet jelqs. I thought it was better to count than to time because often I get too erect and have to take a quite break to go down a bit.
Not totally new to PE though because I did it about five years ago but I'm a bit rusty now so looking for advice. |
