I read somewere on the X4 PE forum that a user had only started to see gains, after he was stretching is penis @ 1.5" beyond his flacid state. but 5 hrs in a x4 extender even with the comfort attachment has been impossible for myself. the most I seem to manage to get in a PE device without having to take it off so my head can breath is about 2 hrs. But there are people in the forum who do manage to leave these things on longer, so it must be down to pain freshhold possibly.
