As for your questions:

1: Are you jelqing all the way to the end of your penis (right before your glans)? You want to make sure your exercising the entire shaft.

2: Evening wood is a term used for guys who wake up in the middle of the night with an erection.

3: You might have slightly overtrained (perhaps with your Kegels). Temporary PE and ED is a sign of overtraining. It should pass after a day or two off.
