I added the second set and felt a good bit more of a burn . I have been doing kegels through ought my stretches, jelqs and randomly during the day. Newbie gains are already evident. Harder and what not xp. I'm going to start trying to fix a strange downward curvature I have somehow developed. Xp And I will try out my gains this weekend  |
