Stretches
- 2 x 10 (crankin' the wheel)
- Stretching all directions for 20 second intervals for about 25 minutes
After six days of PE, i feel a heavier hang but my erections are scarce. I do NOT get morning woods.
I haven't seen any negative PI indicators. Next week i am upping the workouts and stretching intensity.
I'm due for a measurement tomorrow morning!

- Been trying to drink large amounts of water
- Penis appears to be hanging more / turtling less
- Need a straight edge ruler!
