I acquired a fever while out of town.. so unfortunately I had to skip yesterday, but that's okay because I went back at it today!

- 10 min warmup after a hot shower
- 7 minutes stretching with kegels
- 12 minutes jelqing
- 6 minute cooldown with ice pad
I've figured out how to control my erections better while jelqing. I can get one or lose one at my own will
Had sex about 5 hours later so hopefully it wasn't too soon after PEing!
