Workout
- Jonpop's newbie stretching routine
- 50 Wet Jelqs
- 40 V Jelqs
Warm Down
- Wash cloth (hot) for 5 minutes
Cool down
- Put a cube of ice on my cock until melted
- I did manual stretching while applying the ice so i wouldn't turtle
Notes
- Flaccid hang seemed to stay even AFTER i lifted weights (in the gym)
- The weather got chilly today and i didn't turtle
New Measurements
BPFL: 10.1cm (4" in)
FG: 11cm (4.3" in)
BPEL: 15.5cm (6.1" in)
EG: 14cm (5.5" in)
Starting Stats:
BPFL: 3.5"
FG: 4.25"
BPEL: 6"
EG: 5.25"
I'd like to say a couple things:
1. I probably didn't measure right in the beginning.
2. I know for sure my bpfl has grown, but not .5" inches. I didn't press the tape all the way into the hollow above my penis.
3. BPEL is correct.
4. FG should be correct.
5. EG looks a little sketchy.
