Hey there! This is how I got used to kegaling - I kegal roughly 10 times every time I go and take a piss, this way you defiantly know you are targeting the PC muscles. The more you do it, the more you will be able to identify the muscles you are contracting and relaxing. I found that after doing this every time I went for a pee, after about a week I felt a sore/fatigue feeling in the area in between your ball sack and your anus (there is a name for this but I have forgotten it!). Anyway, this gives you a good indication of how much punishment from kegaling your PC muscles can take. Also, when you are stretching your penis (straight out) like in the basic routine, try and kegal, if you feel the penis tug back, hey presto, you found how to do it! The moral of the story is: just keep doing it and it will get easier to do! (just dont over do it!!)
