Stretches - 25 kegels in every direction
Jelqs - 1 1/2 set of 50
V-Jelqs - 1 set of 30
Cool Down - 5 min with cold rag The reason for the strange sets is because I felt a strange pain at the right base of my penis. I believe its because I did not stretch enough. So I am going to change my routine from the time it takes to do 25 kegels of stretching to 10 min of stretching with 25 kegels. |
