I'm injecting IGF-1 LR3. IGF is Insulin-like Growth Factor. It's the hormone that triggers cellular mitosis. It's not the same as HGH (human growth hormone) but acts in a similar way. HGH is actually metabolized by the liver, the liver then produces IGF-1. IGF-1 LR3 is a modified version of IGF-1 which substitutes an Arg for the Glu at position 3, as well as a 13 amino acid extension peptide at the N-terminus. This makes Long R3IGF-I significantly more potent (2-3x) than natural IGF-1.
IGF-1 builds new muscle tissue by promoting nitrogen retention and protein synthesis. This causes the growth of muscles through both hyperplasia (which is an increase in number of muscle cells) and mitogenesis (which is the actual growth of new muscle fibers). Thus IGF-1 not only makes muscle fibers bigger, it makes more of them as well! The great thing is that it binds to smooth muscle cells (found in the penis) in the same manner it binds to skeletal muscle cells.
To answer you question about injecting growth hormone into your penis just once, - nothing would happen. The growth process is slow (were dealing with microscopic cells here) and must be repeated over and over before growth is noticeable. I should start seeing girth gains in about 4-6 weeks.
