yeah sorry about the caps, i was just so excited to finally reach my goal, I kind of got carried away. my manual routine consists of all of the advanced exercises discussed on this site, and a few others I have picked up on the net. stretching is done for 30 second reps 3-4 sets per exercise.
FOWFERS
pull flaccid dick between your legs as far as you can and sit on it-really gets ligaments at the base. can be done to left or right by sitting on dick with respective butt cheek.
TUB STRETCHES
pull flaccid dick down into something. stand over a bathtub or a sink or even position yourself over your toilet and pull down so your cock is pressed against a surface, but is being stretched downward.
DOUBLE STRETCHES
while pulling head of dick in one direction pull at the other end with your free hand like you are trying to pull your dick apart. you wont. hopefully. |
