Eek! I forgot to update yesterday.
4/30:
- 10 minutes warmup
- 8 minutes stretching
- 12 minutes jelqing
- 5 minutes cooldown
5/1:
- 10 minute warmup in shower
- Basic stretching with kegels
- 150 wet jelqs, 90 v-jelqs (I'm really having trouble doing v-jelqs, I wish I had some how-to pictures for it)
- 5 minute cooldown in shower
Yesterday I bought some Fish Oil and Ginseng supplements, so we'll see their effects on me soon enough I suppose
I've woken up the past 2 days with some really good morning wood. Yay for PI's!
