Woke up with morning wood during the night and
again this morning!

That's 3 days in a row.
- 10 minute warmup
- 150 wet jelqs; 90 v-jelqs
- 9 minutes stretching
- 5 minute cooldown
I've been kegeling before each jelq to push more blood up inside of it, is this okay? Like, I'll release the hand at the head of my penis, kegel, and in the middle of the kegel, grab the base again and do a jelq.
Also, instead of doing 18 30-second stretches, I did 9 1-minute stretches. Is this also okay?
