Default Checking Back - this stuff does work (newbies)

Just wanted stop back by with a word of encouragement for any newbies.

I started in December, with a Beginner routine... actually injued my shoulder (not PE'ing of course) took about a month off and am back to PE. I don't have a huge routine. I just work it into my normal life
3 days on 1 off.
3 minute warm up
3 minute stretch
4 minute Dry milk
(150 reps) Jelq
(50 reps) 2 handed Jelq (advance exercise)
8 sets of 20 kegels- holding the last as long as I can
10 sets of combined Kegel/Power stretch (advance exercise for length)

My gains have been OK....
about 1/2 inch in length- got me over the 6" barrier
a little girth, I started at 6" so I'm not even really measuring.

But the health of my penis has been awesome. I'm 37 and for the past 10 years or so things have worked fine.... but now, boom every morning rock hard. Even if I drink to much or party things still work great, no more "trying to get it up"- it performs. Plus it looks and feels heavier limp- which is suprisingly cool too.

So this stuff does work-

Now I'm gonna get a pump and replace every other day with Pumping, I don't really have time to do both in the same day.

But so far it's been worth it. Don't believe the "experts" who say you can't add size to your penis... bullshit. You can make it harder, and bigger- drug free.
