I'm going to talk to my doctor about options for anxiety and depression too, but I tried most of those meds in the mid-1990s and they didn't help.
JonPop, you know what I really need is to find a way to take charge of my life and redirect it. I'm just sort of stuck in this pattern and its hard to find a way out. I've been making some progress socially and that feels good. I'm just more outgoing generally. Occupationally speaking, I'm sort of emasculated sitting in this place most days and it wears me down. I need some autonomy where I can shine a little brighter.
I'll let you know what the doctor says.
