Hello,
I have a question. After performing kegal and holding the urge to ejaculate right before the point of no return. Assuming that you hold this for 10 or so seconds and you don't ejaculate is it likely you will orgasm and if so will your penis go flacid after or will you be able to continue fooling around? Also, if you hold back the urge to ejaculate why wouldn't you get blue balls?
