I guess all I can offer is common sense observations....

lt's so hard to tell from those photos. You really need to get in to see a urologist to find out what happened. I wouldn't trust anyone here to be able to judge accurately. If there's pain, I would guess some sort of tissue damage.

You're doing the right thing by resting. You might want to abstain as much as possible from sex if you can before you get someone to look at that.

I don't mean to mean about this next part, but at 8 inches and a nice proportional girth judging by your photos, you should be telling your girlfriend to get her own Kegel act together if she wants to feel more stretching during intercourse. And tell her to stop comparing you to that other guy!
