Sounds like a thrombosed vein. HotRod gave you some good advice, sit it out for a while. If things don't improve you may want to see a urologist.

Here's a recipe for an oil that supposed to help with thrombosed veins. I can't vouch for it but you might want to give it a try.
The creator swears it cure his thrombosed vein.

1/3 to 1/2 cup of Extra Virgin Olive Oil
6 mL of Lavender Essential Oil (organic or 40/42 oil)
2.5 mL of Rosemary Essential Oil
2 mL of Clary Sage Essential Oil
1.5-2 mL of Lemongrass Essential Oil
