5/9:
- 12 minute warm-up (I can't help but go over 10 minutes sometimes.. because it feels nice)
- 6 minutes JAI-Stretching, 4 minutes basic stretching (30 secs each direction)
- 250 wet jelqs, 3 seconds per jelq (so around 12.5 minutes)
- Got max erection and edged for a little bit (didn't ejaculate)
- Let penis rest and cool down to room temperature (not letting it turtle)
- Ran cold water over penis for 5 minutes while holding a gentle stretch
- Re-warmed to room temperature to avoid turtling
That's it for today! One question though: Is 6 minutes for JAI-stretches enough? Or do I need to lengthen the time to do those, to like 10+ minutes?

6-3/4"
