Initially discouraged. Took me a while to understand how to put it on. Now I got the knack its still a little uncomfortable at the glands. Cold glands after 30 minutes. Took it off after 45 and did a warm down. Just below the glands felt a bit sore. Wearing it again for another 45 and then a warm down. See how it goes I've got a 3 week trial period I might consider returning it but it's only the first day.
