5/14:
- 10 min warmup
- 5 min JAI stretches (2 seconds on, 2 seconds off)
- 5 min basic stretches
- 175 wet jelqs
- Cool down with ice pad
I decided to go easy on the jelqing because my member was sore from... earlier activities

, and I did not want to overwork it.
Which I guess was a good idea because I had morning wood this morning!
5/15:
- 10 min warmup
- 5 min v-stretches
- 5 min basic stretches with kegels
- 280 wet jelqs in shower (using conditioner, which I later regretted)
- Dried off and edged for a bit with some QUALITY LUBE (which felt much better!
) - I decided to not cool down today to see if it had any effect on my post-hang
Well, I've decided to buy Magnum condoms today because lately I've felt like regular condoms have been choking my base. I know it's supposed to choke it some, but this is downright uncomfortable! I will report if the new condoms succeed whenever I get around to using them
Today I learned to only jelq with quality oil or lube. Lol
