5/18:- 10 min. warmup
- 3 min. JAI stretching, 3 min. V-stretching, 4 min. basic stretching with kegels
- Re-warmed dick for a couple of minutes
- 300 wet jelqs, with a couple of experimental (and very gentle) Uli's thrown in
- Got max erection and edged
- Ran cold water over penis for 5 minutes while holding a gentle stretch

I was very easily aroused today - had a tiny bit of trouble with the stretches because of it lol.
