5/19:- 11 minute warm-up
- 10 minutes basic stretching (30 second stretches)
- 200 wet jelqs
- Edged for a while
- No cool-down today
I'm going to keep my jelqs at or below 200 for a while. My current limiting factor is my tunica so why keep increasing my girth exercises when my smooth muscle isnt my limiting factor?
I'll try this for a couple of months and see how it goes.
