Hi everyone. I'm new here, but I've been doing PE for 1 1/2 years. I've gained 1 inch in BPEL and 1/2" in EG. Most of my gains came in the first few months. After that, I used a fastsize extender but I gained very little with it. I think most of my progress has come from manual work, though the extender may have been good for stretching the tunica and ligs. I read your book Remek and started with your basic routine but stayed with the workout frequency of the first week -- every 3rd day. I slowly incorporated a girth squeeze at the base while edging. My EQ has been a solid 10 most of time and I've been getting morning wood a lot. A week and half ago, I measured at 7 5/16" to 7 3/8" BPEL. That's a definate gain of 1/16" in about 6 weeks. I just started a deconditioning break which I'll take for 1 to 2 weeks. Things seemed to be getting stale. And from some reading I've done, I think that the body hits plateaus every month or so. At least mine does. I've been reading on this site and Betterman and appreciate the knowledge and experience you guys have shared. Rock out wit your cocks out. later |
